Muito prestativos. Eu tava todo enrolado mas foram bastante pacientes e solícitos.
Make sure people know to enter through the restaurant in order to access the elevator! We didn’t know about that so we lugged all of our bags up the stairs at drop off. We used the elevator going down when we picked up.
What an amazing service! I had no idea this existed but it was exactly what we needed. Setup and check in and out was a breeze. Would highly recommend.
